28 oz Oceankist Apple Snail Meat 8 tbsp Olive Oil 4 clove Garlic 8 tbsp chopped Shallots 4 fl oz White Wine 1 serving Lemon, fresh squeezed, juice of one whole lemon 6 tbsp Parsley, dried .5 tsp Pepper, black 0.25 tsp Crushed red pepper (by BACORONA) 6 serving Salt, substitute: Morton, Salt Substitute, 1/4 tsp (1.2g)/serving
Finely chop snail meat. Set aside. Saute shallots and garlic in olive oil. Deglaze with wine and lemon juice. Add apple snail meat. Needs internal temperature of 145 degrees. Add spices. Cook on medium-low heat until sauce is thickened.
