Sherry's cauliflower crust pizza

Ingredients
1.0 head, medium (5-6" dia) Cauliflower, raw3.0 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw1.0 cup Rice flour, brown1.0 cup Tomato Sauce1.0 serving Tomato products, Hunts Diced Tomatoes w/ Basil, Garlic, and Oregano0.3 cup lightlife-smart ground2.0 serving Baby Bell Peppers (3 peppers = serving)3.5 oz Athenos Feta Cheese
Directions
Preheat oven to 425 Emulsify entire head of cauliflower Put in large bowl and add eggs and 3/4 c.brown rice flour, mix thoroughly Spray large pizza stone, Pat down mixture onto pizza stone and smooth out to form crust. Bake crust at 425 for 8-10 minutes until it starts to harden. Prepare pizza sauce. Simmer tomato sauce, diced tomatoes and raining brown rice flour, mix regularly until a medium thickness consistency, add herbs for flavor, I just use dried oregano. Remove pizza crust, top with prepared pizza sauce, smart ground, peppers and feta Bake for another 20-23 minutes until crust edges are a bit browned and cheese is melting. Enjoy!
