Ingredients
8 oz Fish, Tuna Steak, sushi grade, finely diced1.25 tbsp Ginger People Pickled Sushi Ginger1.25 tbsp Vinegar - Natural Rice Vinegar (Nakano) 1 tsp Bragg's Liquid Amino Acid .5 tbsp Sesame Seeds 2 tbsp Green Onion, Raw 1 pepper Jalapeno Peppers, seeded and chopped
Directions
Combine everything but the tuna in a bowl. Fold in the tuna. Spoon onto serving plates or in molds and sprinkle with sesame seeds
