Ingredients
1.5 cup Bush's Pinto Beans 3 serving Beans, Kidney beans dark red 3 serv can 1 can Canned Tomatoes 3 cup (8 fl oz) Chicken Broth or Bouillon 3 serving potatoes red baked with skin medium (by CASEYJONES999) 5 serving Harvestland Chicken Sausage - Feta Cheese and Spinach (1 link) (by VIOLINWOMAN) 2 cup Cut Leaf Spinach - Frozen 2 tbsp Olive Oil .5 serving 1 med yellow onion (by TODD7623) 1 tsp Rosemary, dried
Directions
Dice onion. Slice sausage into 1 inch slices. Saut� onion and sausage in olive oil for 5-6 minutes. Rinse canned beans. Add beans, tomatoes, spinach and cubed potatoes in crockpot with chicken broth. Add saut�ed sausage and onions. Cook on low for 6-8 hours.
