2.0 cup (1" pieces) Cauliflower, cooked2.0 serving Egg white, large60.0 gram(s) Bread Crumbs, Panko (Japanese style), Kikkoman-1/2 cup, 30g1.0 tsp Parsley, dried1.0 tsp Garlic powder1.0 tsp Salt0.75 cup, shredded Mozzarella Cheese, whole milk1.0 cup, shredded Cheddar Cheese
Preheat oven to 400.
Line cookie sheet.
Steam chipped cauliflower until tender then press out all moisture. Chop into small bits. Combine all ingredients and add additional breadcrumbs if there is still liquid left. Form into nuggets pressing them together and place on cookie sheet. Bake for 17 minutes.
