Quick and Easy Turkey Burgers

Ingredients
1 cup dry plain bread crumbs3 cans Green Chili Peppers, don't drain them*I don't add salt because the peppers have plenty for my taste!*2.5 lb raw Ground Turkey 1-2 tsp Slap Your Mama seasoning for sprinkling (to taste) or your favorite season blend
Directions
Mix the turkey, three cans of hot Hatch chilies, and bread crumbs. Mold into patties that fit the size of bun you have. Sprinkle with seasoning, we prefer Slap Your Mama brand. These don't shrink hardly at all in a panani grill. They do slightly on anything else. I make a batch of them, then freeze them with wax paper between them. I can take whatever I want out and cook them from frozen for convenience. Everyone loves them.
