I followed all of the directions on the Pumpkin Pure can, except I didn't measure exactly all the spices and I added some allspice and nutmeg.
Directions
pre-heat over at 450 for 15minutes, then turn down to 350 and cook for 40-50 minutes or until fork comes out clean.
