This is pretty much the same as the one I grew up with and still make, except I add pickle relish. I've always loved potato salad. - 6/30/13

Very good potato salad. We don't eat a lot of potatoes in our house, but potato salad is one of the few things that, when we have it, it has to be just right. This is one recipe that meets expectations of 'just right'. - 11/4/11

We really enjoyed this one. I used mayo w/ olive oil, balsamic vinegar, and celery salt instead of celery.... we aren't super found of celery. It's an important componet because it didn't tast right until I added a bit of celery flavor. - 11/7/08

I ended up making it with 5+ cups of cubed potatoes (because that's how many I cooked!) but left all other ingredient amounts the same. I used a Vidalia onion which made it just a little bit sweeter than salads I've had in the past. DELICIOUS!!! Everyone loved it!! - 5/31/08
