Lo Mein with Mushrooms and Snow Peas

Ingredients
0.25 serving Pacific Natural Foods Organic Low Sodium Chicken Broth, 1 cup 3 tbsp La Choy Lite Soy Sauce (Low sodium) 36 gram(s) Oyster Sauce, Chinese (by J123452) 1 serving Toasted sesame oil 0.5 tsp (by CLAIREZEKI) 0.33 tbsp Garlic Chile Sauce (by JNKRO87) 4 serving Asian Gourmet Wide Lo Mein Noodles - 2oz (0.5C) 226 grams Shiitake Mushrooms 226 grams Cabbage, napa 1 cup Snow Peas, fresh 3 tsp fresh ginger 1 tsp=2g (by CHUCKLES0719) 1 serving Clove of Garlic (by BCOH1478) 3 medium (4-1/8" long) Scallions, raw 1 tbsp Grapeseed Oil
Directions
1. Prepare lo mein noodles, drain well and add a dash of toasted sesame oil to keep from sticking together.
2. Mix chicken broth, soy sauce, oyster sauce, toasted sesame oil and garlic chile sauce. Set aside.
3. Heat 1 tbsp oil in a wok, add mushrooms and cook over high heat, stirring occasionally, until tender and browned, ~ 5 minutes. Add ginger and garlic and cook until fragrant, ~ 1 minute.
4. Add lo mein noodles, napa and snow peas, stirring occasionally until the snow peas are barely cooked, ~ 2 minutes.
5. Add sauce and scallions to pan, stirring occasionally until sauce is absorbed and noodles are brown in spots, ~ 5 minutes.
Serve with extra garlic chile sauce on the side.
