Chickpea Cucmber Tomato Salad

Ingredients
1 large (8-1/4" long) Cucumber (peeled) 1 cup Chickpeas (garbanzo beans) 3 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil 2 tbsp Vinegar, white wine (by J123452) 1 tbsp Honey 4 tsp Basil leaf (by CINDERRELIC) 3 oz Tomato, grape (3oz = appro 12 tomatoes) .5 cup Red Onion Raw (1/4 cup, 40g or 1.4oz) 1 dash Salt 1 dash Pepper, black
Directions
Combine the honey, olive oil, vinegar, basil leaf, salt and pepper in large bowl. Slice cucumber in 1/2 inch slices. Cut tomato's in half. Slice red onion in thin strips. Drain and rinse chickpeas. Add the vegetables to the liquid and toss to coat.
