Ingredients
Chicken Breast, no skin, 0.5 breast, bone and skin removed *Cumin seed, 1 tsp, ground Cilantro, dried, 1 tbspCheddar Cheese, 1 slice (1 oz), crumbled Tortilla Chips, 1 oz *Bib Lettuce, 1 leaf, large Black Olives, 2 jumbo, sliced
Directions
Sprinkle chicken breast with ground cumin and cilantro. Simmer about 20 min. or until done. Meanwhile, prepare rest of dish by layering chips (may crush) in an edged single serving dish. Then layer on the lettuce leaf. When chicken is done, place breast on lettuce, sprinke with cheese and black olives.

Makes one serving.
