3 serving Carrot (1 large) (by JASONVFRAN) 1 serving Raw Tomato (Medium, whole) 2 cup kale, raw 2 cloves raw garlic1 oz Seeds, sesame seeds, whole, roasted and toasted 36 gram(s) Bob's Red Mill - Chia seeds - 1Tbsp=13g 12 tbsp Flax Seed - Trader Joe's Golden Toasted (whole seeds) (by LIVNFITNHAPPY)
Blend together carrots, tomato, garlic and kale with just enough water to process, until smooth. Transfer to a bowl, add seeds and a pinch each of salt, pepper & cumin. Spread evenly in dehydrator tray (made for wet ingredients), dry for approx. 5 hours, then remove from tray, flip and continue drying on mesh tray for approx. 2-3 more hours, until crunchy. Store in airtight container to maintain crispness.
