Chicken salad

Ingredients
4 can (5 oz) Canned Chicken .5 cup Red Onion Raw (1/4 cup, 40g or 1.4oz) .33 cup Grapes - red or green - 1 cup .5 cup, quartered or chopped Apples, fresh with skin 4 tbsp Almonds - sliced .5 cup Yogurt Plain Greek Yogurt, non-fat 1 tsp Mrs. Dash (R) Lemon Pepper Seasoning Blend 9 tsp Dijon mustard, Safeway, course ground (by MULANMISSION)
Directions
put everything into a bowl and mix well. Chill and serve on bread, or as a dip for veggies.
