Black Bean and Sweet Potato Chili, no salt added

Ingredients
4 tsp Chili powder 2 tbsp Olive Oil 10 clove Garlic 3 cup, cubes Sweet potato 1 cup, chopped Onions, raw 1 serving Salt, substitute: Morton, Salt Substitute, 1/4 tsp (1.2g)/serving 4 cup Swanson's unsalted chicken broth 1.50 cup Pueblo Lindo Black Beans - dry 0.67 tbsp Herdez Chipotles in Adobo Sauce 2 tsp Ground Cumin 3.5 cup Great Value Petite Diced Tomatoes, no salt
Directions
Prepare beans according to package. Saute chopped onions in olive oil. Add chopped garlic, spices and 2 tsp diced chipotles and cook for 2 min. Add tomatoes, diced sweet potatoes and chicken broth. Bring to a rolling boil. Add beans and turn to simmer for 30-40 minutes or until thickened.
