Ingredients
4 cup, cubes Turnips 4 cup, cubes Rutabagas 4 cup, chopped Cabbage, fresh 2 cup Leeks .75 cup, chopped Onions, raw 2.5 tbsp chopped Shallots 2 cup, chopped Carrots, raw 5 clove Garlic 1 tbsp Olive Oil 1 tsp Mrs. Dash (R) Original Blend
Directions
Cook turnips, rutabagas, cabbage, and carrots in pressure cooker on vegetable setting. Saute onions in olive oil. Add garlic and Mrs. Dash. Add cooked vegetables and toss.
