Yakisoba Stir Fry Noodles with Tofu and Veggies in Hot & Spicy Sauce

Ingredients
7.74 oz Fortune Yakisoba Stir Fry Noodles w/ Hot & Spicy Sauce 680 gram(s) ShopRite Asian Stir-Fry 2/3 cup (4 servings pkg) 2 cup broccoli florets, frozen, great value 1 cup, chopped Carrots, raw 2 stalk, large (11"-12" long) Celery, raw 8 cup Green Beans (snap) .5 serving Nasoya Lite Firm Tofu - whole 14 oz package 1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil 4 cup berkley jensen broccoli normandy (by EDCARB902)
Directions
Wash Yakisoba noodles in hot water to separate and put aside.
Steam all vegetables - I used fresh green beans, carrots, celery and Frozen Broccoli Normandy, ShopRite Asian Stir-Fry, and Broccoli Florets.
Cube Tofu and coat in 1 tsp of olive oil. Then dust with corn starch.
Fry Tofu in Air Fryer for 8 minutes. (pan fry if you don't have an Air Fryer)
Fry noodles in a ceramic coated frying pan in 1 tsp olive oil.
Add noodles to veggie pan with 1/2 cup water, Sauce packet, and 1 tsp olive oil. (A large pan is required.)
Mix noodles and veggies in the pan.
Add Tofu cubes to the pan and gently stir them in.

Serving Size: Makes 8 1.5 cup servings (about 200 calories each serving)
