Buffalo chicken egg salad lettuce wraps

Ingredients
4 oz Chicken Breast - boneless skinless on George Foreman Grill (by DRJERRYFOWLER) 1.5 tbsp Best Foods Lite Mayonnaise (by JACOBSENS) 1.5 tsp Buffalo Sauce, Frank's Red Hot (by CODSMOM) .5 serving Green Onion - Chopped 1/4 cup (by CARIELT) 3 serving Whole Peeled Hard Boiled Eggs (1 egg) 4 leaf, large Iceberg Lettuce (salad)
Directions
Dice 4 oz of chicken breast that has been cooked ahead and cooled. Chopped 3 hard boiled eggs and combine. Add mayonnaise and hot sauce, more or less to taste. Add chopped green onion and mix well. Use an ice cream scoop and put approx. 1/4 cup on each lettuce leaf.
