Ingredients
0.50 cup, Heavy Whipping Cream 3 tbsp Butter, unsalted 2 cups Spinach, fresh juice of one whole lemon 1 cup Swanson Chicken Fat Free Chicken Broth Less Sodium 6 serving Skinless boneless chicken thigh 1 tbsp dried thyme (by ANTIOCHIA) 1 tbsp Paprika 3 Cloves of Garlic 0.25 cup Kraft Shredded Parmesan Cheese Natural Cheese
Directions
Use a pan that you can move from stove top to the oven. Mix chicken with salt and paprika, brown in 2 tbs. of butter, remove the chicken pieces and drain fat, Now melt 1 tbsp of butter in pan, put in cream, chicken stock, parmesan cheese, 2 cloves of chopped garlic, , thyme and lemon juice in pan, Let it boil and cook for 3 to 5 minutes. Add spinach and let it reduce a little more. Now add chicken and bake for 40 minutes at 350 degrees. Serve spinach on plate and place one piece of chicken over spinach.
