Ingredients
200 gram(s) Arhar Dal (by KSATISHDUBEY) 1 clove Garlic 1 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions, raw 50 grams Butter, salted 2 tbsp Canola Oil 1.25 cup Brown Rice, long grain 2 serving coriander powder (by NITAINMN) 2 tbsp asda tomato puree (by ROSE-MARY)
Directions
Cook Daal. Drain.
Fry onion and garlic in butter and oil for 5 mins.
Add rice. Stir well to coat grains. Then add spices. Cook gently for 1 minute.
Add lentils, stock, puree and other ingredients.
Bring to boil. Cover. Simmer 20 mins.
