6.5 tbsp *Flax Seed Meal (ground flax) 10 tbsp 365 Psyllium Husk (2 tablespoons) (by LIFE_IS_SO_GOOD) 100 gram(s) Bob's Red Mill - Chia seeds - 1Tbsp=13g 2 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap
Mix dry ingredients then add water. Let mixture stand for 30 minutes then roll out into 1/8 inch thick layer and cut into 28 discs. Bake in convection over for 15 minutes. Let cool, then place in freezer for 2 hours in a single layer on cookie sheet. Store in air tight container in freezer until ready to eat. Thaw for 1 hour before eating.
