32 oz Beef, ground, 80% lean meat / 20% fat, patty, cooked, broiled [hamburger, ground round] 2 serving 1 large egg (per the egg board) 50g 1 cup Bread crumbs, dry, grated, plain
Directions
Mix all together make into 16 balls bake in oven till cooked
