2 cup King Arthur White Wheat Flour 1 Tbsp Baking Powder 1 Tbsp Granulated Sugar 1 tsp Kosher Salt1/2 cup Butter, unsalted 3/4 cup Buttermilk, lowfat
Preheat oven to 450
Cut butter into bite size equal pieces, keep cold.
Combine flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt.
Cut in butter pieces with a pastry blender, or squeeze with fingertips against flour until resembles pea like pieces.
Stir in cold buttermilk until dough comes together.
On a floured surface pat dough out in a 6x9 rectangle. Fold over top and bottom like you would a business letter. Pat back out into a 6x9 rectangle and repeat 2 more times.
Cut biscuits out and place on a 9x13 sheet pan lined with parchment. Bake for 10-12 minutes.
