1 cup, chopped Kale 1 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) Banana, fresh 5 large (1-3/8" dia) Strawberries, fresh .25 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap
Blend water and kale till liquid. Add banana and strawberries and blend till smooth. You can add ice or water if you need it colder or thinner.
