Easy Macaroni Salad

Ingredients
16 ounces elbow macaroni6 hard boiled eggs2 cups Hellman's with Olive Oil OR Light Mayo of your choice1.25 C skim or 1% milk1/2 C pickle relish1 t mustardsalt to your taste
Directions
Cook macaroni until tender. Boil eggs in another pan and allow to cool. Chop eggs in a bowl with a pastry blender. In a large bowl, combine mayo, milk, relish, mustard, and salt with a whisk. Add macaroni and eggs and stir. Cover and chill for at least 2 hours. If salad seems dry after being chilled, add milk a quarter cup at a time until desired consistency.
