Banana Pancakes

Ingredients
1 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) Banana, fresh 2 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
Directions
Mash banana in a bowl. Whisk in both eggs.
Lightly spray griddle or pan.
Pour in batter, leaving room between each pancake.
Cook until bubbly, flip.
Cook for additional 30 seconds.
