Braised Cabbage

Ingredients
1medium cabbage3 large carrots3 large onions3 tbsp. olive oil1 cup water4 tbsp. dried parsley ( or to taste)0.5 tbsp. black pepper
Directions
Slice cabbage thinly. Shred carrots, and chop onions. Mix all ingredients and place in oven proof pan. Cook at 300*F. for about 2 hours. Stir frequently. Makes about 8 servings of 1 cup each.
