Buffalo Chicken Pizza

32 oz *Chicken Breast (raw, boneless, skinless) (by DEGREENIA) 6.5 tsp Tastefully simple fiesta party seasoning 4.5 tbsp Hidden Valley Ranch seasoning and salad dressing mix dry 24 serving Hellmann's , Light Mayonnaise, 1 Tbsp 1.5 cup Milk Whole Vitamin D 2 cup Kraft Mozzarella Finely shredded Part Skim cheese 5 serving jiffy pizza crust 1.5 tbsp Corn Oil .5 cup, chopped Green Peppers (bell peppers) .33 cup, chopped Peppers, sweet, red, fresh
dice up 2 lbs chicken breast, green and red peppers
cook together until chicken is done
while it's cooking, mix Hidden valley ranch as directed (I made extra incase anyone wanted some on top)
mix Fiesta dip mix in ranch dip. This is the "Buffalo sauce"
Set aside.
mix 2 boxes of Jiffy Pizza crust as directed. (that's where the oil comes in)
bake crust about 3 minutes,
mix chicken in "buffalo" sauce and spread on partially baked crust
top with 8 oz bag of Motz cheese
Serving Size: makes 12 4 in by 4 in pieces
