2 cup Beans - Bush's Black Beans Reduced Sodium 0.5 cup Edamame, Shelled, Frozen .5 cup Red onion (raw) 1 cup sliced (by JOCELYN917) 1 serving Sun Maid Golden Raisins 1/4 Cup .25 cup Sunflower Seeds, with salt added 2 serving Diamond Shelled Walnuts 1/4 cup serving .5 cup, chopped Peppers, sweet, red, fresh 2 cup, chopped Cabbage, fresh .75 cup, pared, chopped Cucumber (peeled) 2 serving Lemon, fresh squeezed, juice of one whole lemon 2 tbsp Olive Oil, Lemon (by PAMELASTAPLE) 1 tsp Raw Sugar - Sugar in the Raw .5 tsp Pepper, black .25 tsp Salt
Directions
Chop Veggies, Combine all ingredients, Mix Well;
-I also added Lemon Zest
-Can substitute honey for sugar
