2 Cups Petite Green Beans with stems2 T Fat Free Feta Cheese2 small tomatoes, quartered2 T Raspberry Balsamic Vinegar (or Balsamic)Salt & Pepper to taste
Directions
Steam Green Beans for 7 min. set aside to cool. Drizzle with Olive oil and Balsamic Vinegar over beans. Add Feta Cheese and Tomatoes. Serve warm or at room temp.
