4.0 cube Chicken bouillon7.0 oz with bone, cooked (yield after bone removed) Turkey drumstick (leg), smoked4.0 cup Beans, pinto12.0 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap2.0 stalk, large (11"-12" long) Celery, raw2.0 cup, chopped Carrots, raw1.0 cup, chopped Onions, raw2.0 tsp Thyme, ground1.0 tsp Pepper, black1.0 tsp Salt1.0 tsp Garlic powder
Soak beans overnight, drain put in LG pot. Add water and bullion cubes, and turkey legs bring to a boil. Turn down to low and simmer for 1.5 hrs. Add veggies and spices and simmer another 45 minutes or till beans and veggies are soft.
