Wonton taco cups

1 lb Turkey, Ground turkey, 93% lean 1.5 cup, chopped onions 1 can black beans1 can diced tomatoes 24 Nasota Won Ton Wraps 2 Serrano Peppers, diced0.25 head iceberg, chopped0.5 cup shredded cheeseChopped green onions
Preheat oven to 350. Spray muffin tin (12 cups) with non stick spray.
Put 2 won ton wrappers in each tin, crossing diagonally. Bake until crispy. Let cool.
In a large skillet, cook onions, turkey, serrano peppers, black beans, tomatoes and any seasonings until done.
Divide cooked skillet stuff evenly into each cup. Top with shredded cheese and lettuce.
Serving Size: makes 6 servings, 2 taco cups each
