2 cup, cubes Butternut Squash 0.5 tbsp, drained Capers, canned 1 cup Hunt's Fire Roasted Diced Tomato 4 1tsp Olive Oil 2 tbsp italian spice mix1 tsp garlic powder1 tsp onion powder1 tsp salt1 tsp pepperred pepper flakes to taste (optional)
Can used canned or fresh butternut sqaush. If fresh, then bake in the oven until soft. In a blender put all ingredients and blend until smooth. Simmer for about 10min to blend the flavors together. Serve on pasta or over veggies or chicken breast. Can add almond or cashew milk to add creaminess and appearance of vodka sauce
