Ingredients
4.5 oz Trader Joe's Persian Cucumber (1 = 2.66oz) (by LIALAK) 58 gram Raw carrot (by KILORANB) 80 grams Celery, raw 0.25 cup Red Onion Raw (1/4 cup, 40g or 1.4oz) 1 cup Garbanzo Beans, Wild Harvest, assume rinsing removes 30% sodium (by NYX773) 2 oz Radish, Fresh .5 serving Lemon, fresh squeezed, juice of one whole lemon
Directions
I use a food processor. Wash and rinse everything, rough chop the veggies keeping them seperate. Put half the garbanzo in the food processor and pulse a few times before adding some rough chopped carrots celery and onion. Pulse a few more times and add the rough chopped cucumber and lemon. Its done. U can eat as is, top a cracker, stuff a pita,roll in a lettuce leaf, put it on top of burgers or sandwiches.
