Vegan cashew sour cream

Ingredients
1 cup, halves and whole Cashew Nuts, dry roasted .75 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap 1.5 tbsp Bragg Apple Cider Vinegar .25 tsp Salt
Directions
soak raw cashews overnight, drain
place all in blender and blend until smooth consistency. start out using only about half the water and add more as needed to get to the consistency you want. you may not need all the water.
