Chocolate Pudding from scratch - Guten-Free

Ingredients
.5 cup Granulated Sugar .25 cup Corn Starch 3 tbsp cocoa powder, Hersheys Special Dark, unsweetened 2.75 cup 2 % KROGER MILK REDUCED FAT .25 tsp Salt 2 tbsp Butter, unsalted 1 tsp Vanilla extract, imitation, alcohol 3 large Egg Yolk
Directions
Combine dry ingredients in sauce pan on medium high heat. Add milk and stir continuously until boiling, cook for 2 min while stirring. add melted butter and vanilla while stirring. Whisk egg yolks until smooth and add .5 cup of hot pudding liquid to yolks and whisk quickly. Add another cup or so of pudding liquid to yolks and whisk. Add yolk mixture back into pan and whisk on medium heat until pudding begins to boil again, stir constantly to prevent scorching on bottom of pan. remove from heat and allow to cool covered for 1 hour and then put in fridge to chill, or eat warm.
