0.25 cup Nonfat Plain Greek Yogurt (Kirkland) 2 tbsp Olive Oil 8 tbsp Cilantro, raw 2 clove Garlic 1 lime yields Lime Juice 2 tbsp Vinegar - Natural Rice Vinegar (Nakano) 0.5 tsp Cumin seed
Combine all ingredients in a blender. Blend until smooth. Refrigerate 30 minutes to allow flavor so to marry. Keeps up to two weeks.
