red beans & rice

Ingredients
1 cup White Rice, long grain, cooked 1 tbsp Rapeseed Oil tblsp (by MIKAZZA2) 1 pepper, large (3-3/4" long, 3" Yellow Peppers (bell peppers) 1 cup, chopped Onions, raw 3 clove Garlic 1 pepper Hot Chili Peppers 1 can Canned Tomatoes 1 cup bean red kidney 1 tsp Thyme, fresh 1 tsp Paprika 1 tsp Cumin seed
Directions
soften onions in oil
add crushed garlic and chili peppers stir well.
Add thyme Paprika and Cumin and stir until well mixed.
Add bell pepper and kidney beans and then tomatoes and mix well- season to taste simmer for 10-15 minute until tomatoes are cooked through
stir through rice and once heated and mixed through serve.

Can add Chorizo slices for a richer flavour - try adding a small amount as you wont need much for this recipe
