Directions
Preheat oven to 350 f Whisk the eggs, melted coconut oil, pure vanilla extract, maple syrup, and the juice and zest of half of a lemon. Sift in coconut flour, .5 teaspoon of sea salt, and baking soda. Gently fold in blueberries. Pour into greased muffin tin and bake for 35 to 40 minutes
