Creamy Spiced Cocoa (LowCarb:Keto)

1/2 cup Coconut Milk, unsweetened1 tbsp Unsweetened Cocoa Powder 1/4 tbsp Anise Seed 2 whole Cardamom Pod (1pod/serving) 1/2 cup Water2-3 Drops Liquid Stevia
1-Pour the coconut milk into a small pot and add the cocoa powder. You can sieve it to avoid any lumps.
2- Using a whisk or spoon, stir the cocoa powder in to create a chocolate cream texture. Slowly pour in the water while stirring.
3-Add liquid stevia
4-Place the pot on the stove and cook on low heat. Add the spices, bring to a boil and cook for a minute. Don't let the cocoa boil over.
5-Using a small sieve, pour the cocoa into a mug. Discard the spices.
6-You can even try to add other spices such as cinnamon, nutmeg or vanilla bean extract. Serve hot!
