Ingredients
1.0 cup Cauliflower, raw4.0 oz Jennie-O Lean Ground Turkey0.75 cup Safeway Select Stir-fry Vegetables with Asparagus1.0 cup C&W tiny whole green beans1.0 tbsp star extra virgin olive oil
Directions
Take cauliflower and use blender or processor to make rice. Add to pot along with vegetables. Add water and season to taste. Let simmer on medium heat for about 45 minutes. In another pan, add olive oil and ground turkey. Cook until brown and season to taste. Serving Size: 1 serving
