Clam Chowder- GF and Diary Free

Ingredients
100 grams Onions, raw 3 stalk, medium (7-1/2" - 8" lon Celery, raw 300 grams Potato, raw 5 serving Almond Breeze Almond Milk Unsweetened Blue Diamond 1 cup (by EATSCLEAN110) 1 tbsp Butter (Salted) Kroger (by HOPICLOWN) 7 serving Bumble Bee Minced Clams, 1/4cup/56g .35 cup Rice flour, white 1 serving Private Selection Dark Amber Maple Syrup (1/4 c) (by PIROULINE)
Directions
Finely dice Onion, Celery and Potato.
Spray cooking spray on the bottom of stock pot. Add onion, Celery and crushed garlic- cook till softened about 3-5 minutes
Add 2 cans minced clams with juice.
In a large bowl measure out 5 cups of Almond milk, add 5 tblspoons Rice flour and whisk.
Add milk to stock pot. Stir
Add potatos
add Basil, pepper, and salt to taste.
Add 1/4 cup Maple syrup.
simmer on low for 30 min.
