Classic Fudge Brownies

.75 cup Flour, white 1 cup Granulated Sugar .75 cup Cocoa, dry powder, unsweetened .5 cup, packed Brown Sugar .5 tsp Baking Powder .25 tsp Salt 1 cup large chips Semisweet chocolate .33 cup Milk, nonfat (skim milk) 6 tbsp Butter, salted, melted1 tsp Vanilla Extract 2 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
Convection oven to 325*.
Stir all the dry ingredients together in a large bowl with half the chocolate chunks.
In a microwavable bowl, melt butter for 30 seconds. Add milk, vanilla and other half the chocolate chunks. Melt 30 seconds and stir, 30 more seconds if needed.
Stir wet ingredients into dry. Pour into a 9 inch square pan (prepped with nonstick spray). Bake 35 min or until done to your preference.
