White Clam Sauce

1 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions, raw 6 clove Garlic 3 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil 1 cup Parsley 8 serving Bumble Bee Minced Clams, 1/4cup/56g
Dice the onion and garlic. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium high heat, and add the onion and garlic and saute until soft.
** I used 6 whole small cans of minced clams with all of the juice in this recipe. SP didn't have whole cans listed as an ingredient, so I guess-timated! **
Add clams, and heat to a simmer, then turn down the heat. Add half of the parsley to the skillet, reserving the rest to add to each bowl before serving.
Calorie data does NOT include pasta or parmesan cheese!!
