Turkey Bacon Spinach Meatballs

32 oz Jennie-O Ground Turkey, Lean 70 gram Hormel Natural 80 grams Spinach, fresh 36 gram Barlean's Organic Chia Seeds 139 grams Onions, raw 5 gram(s) himalayan salt (by ANTABANTA) 1 tbsp Pepper, black 3 clove Garlic
In a food processor, place 1/2 lb thick cut bacon. I used natural uncured. 80 grams fresh baby spinach, 1 medium yellow onion, peeled & quartered, & 3-4 cloves of peeled garlic.
Process til smooth, add to 2 lbs ground turkey in a big bowl. Add chia seeds and spices.
Mix with hands until throughly mixed.
Preheat oven to 400
Form large 3 inch balls and place on a foil lined baking sheet. I sprayed mines with coconut oil spray.
Bake for 15 minutes then turn balls, bake for another 10 minutes.
Serving Size: nakes 14 large meatballs.
