1.0 cup Milk, nonfat (skim milk)3.0 tbsp Butter, unsalted2.25 cup instant potatoes-flakes2.25 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap
Directions
Heat water and butter to a boil. Remove from heat and add milk. Add flakes. Salt and Pepper as desired.
