spicy soy salad dressing

Ingredients
3 tablespoons lite soy sauce1/4 cup rice vinegar1 tablespoon dijon mustard1 tablespoon hot garlic chili paste1 teaspoon hot chili oil1 teaspoon sesame oilgrated ginger to taste
Directions
mix all ingredients in a jar and serve over you favorite greens. I like to add a few sliced almonds for crunch and fiber.
