11 oz Beef, round steak 2 cup Great Value Italian Stewed Tomatoes with Basil, Garlic, and Oregano 1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil 1 cup, chopped Onions, raw 1 cup, pieces or slices Mushrooms, fresh
Directions
place onion and mushrooms in olive oil, saute until softened, add bite size pieces of meat and brown on all sides; add stewed tomatoes and simmer about 1 hour until meat is tender.
