1 cup bob's red mill wheat free rolled oats 5.5 tbsp PC Blue Menu Crunchy Peanut Butter (by JAMMOR) 16.5 tsp Dark Brown Sugar, Pure Cane Sugar 4.5 oz 365 Organic Almond Milk Unsweetened 2.5 serving Visalus shake mix 85 gram(s) Yogurt, President's Choice 0% Greek Yogurt Plain 1 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 4.15 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil 2 tsp Baking Powder 1 tsp Baking Soda 40 gram CHOCOLATE bar - dark 70% cocoa Moser-Roth 2 tbsp ^ Coconut flour - 1 tablespoon - 62.5 (by SCRAPPYMELLA)
Set oven to 350 and line 12 muffin tin with papers.
Mix all wet ingredients and visalus powder together with whisk.
Add dry ingredients (minus 2 Tbsps of chocolate chips) and mix well.
Pour in muffin tin and add remaining 2 tbsp of chocolate chips on each muffin. Cook 22-24 minutes
