Spinach Egg Bake

Ingredients
10.0 oz Spinach - Dole Baby Spinach1.0 cup, chopped Onions, raw1.0 clove Garlic12.0 oz Mozzarella Cheese, part skim milk4.0 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw1.0 cup Egg White--All Whites 100% liquid egg whites
Directions
Saute chopped onion, garlic, spinach in fry pan sprayed with cooking spray. Cook until spinach is wilted. Spray a 13 by 9 cake pan with cooking spray. Layer spinach mixture on bottom of pan. Beat eggs and egg whites together and add cheese. Stir until well combined. Pour on top spinach mixture. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes.
