2 oz Trader Joes, Plain non fat yogurt 0.25 cup Egg Substitute, Stop & Shop, 1/4 c = 61g = 1 egg (08/14/11) (by BEFITBEHEALTHY) 3 tbsp Smart Balance, Smart Balance Light Buttery Spread, Extra Virgin Olive Oil 8 tsp Splenda No Calorie Sweetener 0.25 cup, sliced Strawberries, fresh 4 tsp Leavening agents, baking powder, low-sodium 1 serving Salt, substitute: Morton, Salt Substitute, 1/4 tsp (1.2g)/serving 8 serving whole wheat unbleached flour(kroger) 0.25 cup(30gr) (by KARING5)
Mix Splenda, baking powder, salt substitute and whole wheat
unbleached flour well. Add softened shortening, egg substitute and yogurt - blend with one stirrer mixer.
Stir in Strawbeerry slices. Distribute among 8 If You Care unbleached muffin cups.
Bake in preheated oven at 400 deg F for 18-20 minutes - pass
toothpick test.
